Wherever possible Creek Consulting will provide a detailed fixed price estimate for the work as identified. This will be based upon the current labour charge of $50/hr. For works requiring two staff, a second person will be added at $30/hr.
Customers may chose to incorporate their own materials or we will purchase them with an on-cost of 10%. All charges are subject to GST.
In some cases, where work is of an unforeseeable nature, projects will be taken on an hourly basis only. Any changes in scope of work will be clearly identified, before costs are incurred.
For projects of over $2,000, a 25% deposit is required at the start of works.
For all sites located north of Sechelt, we include the standard hourly rate for additional travel time (from Sechelt only though).
