What’s your return policy on Materials delivered to site?
All materials once delivered to site are the property of the customer, and once installed, no returns are possible. Return any of our products not installed will be subject the manufacturer’s return policy and will subject to a 10% admin charge.
Do you work north of Sechelt?
Depending on the project, we’ll venture as far north as Pender Harbour, but please bear in mind we charge for travel time beyond Sechelt. As many of our projects are small, we try to reduce our carbon footprint too.
